Setting up your emails (Brevo)

Connect a free Brevo account so emails come from your own address.

Merchella sends your emails through Brevo. It's free to start. Setup takes about 10 minutes.

  1. Go to Emails and press Set up Brevo.
  2. Create a Brevo account, if you don't have one.
  3. In Brevo, add your shop's email address and your domain.
  4. Make an API key called Merchella, set to No expiration.
  5. Paste it into Merchella, press Check key, then Connect Brevo.

Then press Manage to choose the sender name and where replies go, and Send me a test.
