Letting PayPal tell your shop about refunds

One extra step so refunds and disputes made in PayPal show on the order.

  1. In PayPal's developer dashboard, open your app and add a webhook.
  2. Use the address shown on your Payments page.
  3. Choose all events.
  4. Copy the webhook's ID into Webhook ID in Merchella and save.

What it does

  • Refunds made in PayPal show on the order, and the customer is emailed.
  • Payments that bounce mark the order as failed.
  • Disputes are noted on the order.
