Signing in
Email and password, then the 6-digit code from your phone.
How it works
- Go to your shop's address with /admin on the end.
- Type your email and password, then press Sign in.
- Open the authenticator app on your phone and type the 6-digit code for your shop.
- Press Continue. You're in.
Staying signed in
You stay signed in for 30 days. To leave sooner, press Sign out at the bottom of the menu.
If something goes wrong
- “That email and password don't match.”
- Check for a typo, or Caps Lock.
- “That code didn't work.”
- Codes change every 30 seconds. Type the newest one.
- “Too many attempts.”
- Wait a minute, then try again. This stops people guessing.
- “Your account isn't linked to a store yet.”
- Ask the shop owner to invite you from Team.
