Connecting your own web address

Use yourbrand.com instead of the free address.

Your free address always works. Adding your own is optional.

  1. Go to Domains, type your address (like shop.yourbrand.com) and press Add domain.
  2. Sign in where you bought it (GoDaddy, Namecheap, 123 Reg, IONOS, Cloudflare…) and open its DNS settings.
  3. Add each record shown. Copy buttons make it easy.
  4. Come back to Domains. It checks by itself every 30 seconds.

It usually works within minutes, occasionally a few hours. The label changes to Working.
