Changing or removing someone
Change their role, reset their phone code, or take away access.
In Team, press Manage next to their name.
- Change role or areas
- Press Save changes. It applies straight away.
- Reset 2-step
- For a lost phone. They're signed out and set it up again.
- Remove
- Their access stops at once, on every device.
Keeping an eye
The Team list shows whether each person has 2-step sign-in on, and when they were last active.
