Joining a shop's team
For someone who's been invited: what happens when you press the link.
- Open the email and press Join the team.
- Type your name and choose a password (12 characters or more).
- Set up your phone code: scan the square with an authenticator app.
- Save your backup codes. You're in.
Already have a Merchella sign-in? You'll just sign in and join.
“This invite doesn't work any more”
It's over 7 days old, was already used, or was cancelled. Ask for a new one.
“This invite is for someone else”
You're signed in as a different email. Sign out, then open the link again.
